The family of Brence Jackson filed an appeal with the Michigan court of appeals , concerning a case with Berrien County Michigan however, the county did not file an appearance in the case. This puzzled our attorney until he was notified that the court of appeals denied our appeal. How did Berrien County know they would not need to file an appearance in the matter? This happens at the time that Chief Judge Paul Maloney was nominated to a federal Judgeship by President Bush . Now the democrats must decide if they will except him. They will be checking for action in Berrien County. It makes me wonder what kind of political clout this man has.
